Puckpitts Farm
On the farm are 11 llamas and 6 alpacas, as well as hens, ducks, geese, goats and emus. I helped with general care of the animals and I lead llamas and alpacas when on treks. I attend agricultural shows as a representative of The British Camelids Association giving information to the general public.
Wimbledon Greyhound Welfare
All of the dogs at the welfare centre used to be racing dogs but are now unwanted. I walked the greyhounds and got to understand their different personalities from their behaviour and characteristics. Since they are very strong, this gave me confidence in handling all kinds of dogs.

Bobtails – Rabbit and Guinea Pig Rescue
Bobtails is a registered charity which takes rescued rabbits and guinea pigs (from the RSPCA in particular), cares for them and attempts to re-home them. I helped in their general care and answered questions from the pubic who were potential new owners.
Wildlife Aid
Once a week I volunteer at Wildlife Aid, a registered charity which attempts to rehabilitate injured or orphaned British wildlife. I feed (and at times have to force feed) the animals, clean out their cages and generally help them to recuperate ready to be returned to the wild.
